TMSHS Enrolment Package Submission
Before submitting your enrolment application to Tamborine Mountain State High School, please ensure all required documents are included and that both the parent/caregiver and the student have signed in all required areas. This helps ensure a smooth and efficient enrolment process.
Required Documents
- Completed Enrolment Application Forms
- Proof of Residence – 2 documents required
- Copy of the Student's Birth Certificate or Valid Passport
- Most Recent School Report Card
Proof of Residence Requirements
Proof of residence must show the parent/caregiver's name and the residential address for the property where the student resides.
Accepted documents:
- Current rates notice
- Lease or rental agreement
- Electricity bill
- Water bill
- Gas bill
Not accepted:
- Driver's licence
- Bank statements
- Centrelink documents
How to Submit Your Enrolment Pack
Option 1: Submit Paper Copies
Paper applications can be returned to the Administration Office at Tamborine Mountain State High School during standard office hours (8:00am - 4:00pm).
Option 2: Submit by Email
Email your documents to: enrolments@tamborinemountainshs.eq.edu.au
Important: Attach documents directly to the email. Do not send files via Google Drive, iCloud, or non‑EQ OneDrive links, as these cannot be opened on Education Queensland devices.
