If your child is absent, required for an appointment, or you need to send them a message, we do ask that you please let us know. It is preferred that you let us know prior to school starting at 8:40am. You can do this in a number of ways. Please do ensure you leave a reason for your childs absence.
If you receive an absence text, simply reply via text to provide an explanation. If you cannot access the internet from your mobile, please call the number noted above.

Collecting Students early
We understand, there are occasions when your child needs to leave school for appointments. It is important that we know in advance so we can help facilitate this for you. Please send us a text with details.

Every Day Counts
Every Day Counts is a state-wide initiative that aims to assist in improving student attendance at school. It is designed to change parent, community and student attitudes and foster a shared commitment to improving school attendance.
Every Day Counts promotes four key messages:
- All children should be enrolled at school and attend on every school day
- Schools should monitor, communicate and implement strategies to improve regular school attendance
- Truanting can place a student in unsafe situations and impact on their future employability and life choices
- Attendance at school is the responsibility of everyone in the community.
